Plaza Bank Index consists of 14 floors. The parking space occupied the second floor to sixth floor. Plaza Bank Index’s structure is different from other office buildings because it has empty zone (void) in the centre of the building that allows tenants to have more spacious common area. There are 5 elevators operating in the building one of them is the service lift. The building is fully back up by generator if the power supply from PLN is terminated.

ELEVATOR :
The building is serviced by 4 (four) Toshiba elevators with a capacity of 1,350 kg or 20 people. One service lift is also provided for goods deliveries.

FIRE SAFETY :
Each floor has automatic sprinkler, hydrant fire extinguisher, detectors and alarm bell.

AIR CONDITIONING :
Centralized Chiller with Air Handling Unit on every floor.

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY :
Main Electricity Supply from PLN and backup by 3 (three) units of caterpillar Genset with the power 1,000 kVA each.

BUILDING AUTOMATION :
The building is equipped with a high technology monitoring system, capable of tracking the performance of all support facilities, including air conditioning, fire system and lift systems.
