Plaza Bank Index was built in 1989 and operated in 1991. The building consists a wide range of business sectors that include banking, finance, leasing, educational and many others. As of June 2009, there are 37 companies reside in Plaza Bank Index, which are based locally and internationally. Beside offices, Plaza Bank Index also provides facilities for its tenant such as restaurant, coffee shop, post office and mini mart.
Plaza Bank Index’s vision is to give its tenant excellence services. Therefore, in the year 2008, the management team decided to improve their service standards by getting ISO (International Standard of Operation). By the end of 2008, Plaza Bank Index successfully obtains the certification in Quality Excellence.
